Robustus acquire Rolf Larsson Mekaniska

Robustus Wear Components AB has acquired Rolf Larssons Mekaniska AB in Pålsboda.

Robustus Wear Components AB has acquired Rolf Larssons Mekaniska AB in Pålsboda.  Rolf Larsons adds great skills in machining and has a broad range of NC machines that adds a new dimension to Robustus in terms of applications as well as the size of parts that can be machined.
Rolf Larsson operations will continue in Pålsboda but the legal entity will be merged with Robustus most likely  in September 2012. The New company will be called Robustus Wear Components AB and have the same tax and VAT ID as Robustus.
The current CEO at Rolf Larssons, Göran Frost, will assume a new role as head of operations for the the company.
Other than that management at Robustus remains unchanged.
